About A One Machinery and the "Ultimate" 5-Axis Work Stop

A One Machinery manufactures tooling for the machining industry. Besides making the 5-Axis Work Stop tool, A One also manufactures specialized replacement parts and customized machinery.

The original idea for the 5-Axis Work Stop was developed in 1995, when the founder of A One Machinery, machinist Rudi Pankratz, saw the need for a truly practical and versatile work stop for CNC machining centers, milling machines and drill presses.

As the owner/operator of a machine shop, Rudi was frustrated by the common and continuous problems associated with most types of work stops on the market. He therefore set out to design a work stop that would fit many different machines and applications, could be quickly installed, would have fast set-up times, and that would offer maximum access, accuracy and rigidity.

The "Ultimate" 5-Axis Work Stop was the result, perfected over two and a half years of research, development and testing.
