dealer nearest you. If a local dealer does not exist in your area, or if you prefer, you may order direct
from A-1 Engineering.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
USA Orders:
- To order, simply print out the order form of your choice, complete it, and fax it to the dealer of your choice
or directly to A-1 Engineering at 604-792-2219.
- Your order will be confirmed upon processing
via fax within 2 business days of receipt.
- All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days FOB Sumas, WA via UPS
Regular Ground or Priority Mail.
- Note: If you have any questions about our products or want to order by phone,
feel free to call us at 604-792-2216 from 9 am to 6 pm (PST) Monday thru Friday.
Canadian Orders:
- Please use and follow the above ordering instructions when placing your orders.
- All prices on the order forms are in US Currency and will be converted to Canadian Currency at the current exchange rate.
- Taxes - GST will be charged on all orders. PST will be charged on BC orders only.
- All order are shipped FOB from our Chilliwack, BC corporate office via UPS Regular Ground or Express Post.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit card payments.
You may request your order to be sent on credit terms of Net 30 Days by faxing your
company credit reference sheet along with your order form. All orders requesting
credit are subject to approval.
